Campground Kennels is seeking a detail-oriented, friendly, and organized Client Relations Specialist to be the welcoming face of our facility. This team member will play a key role in creating a pawsitive experience for our pet parents while managing the flow of reservations, communication, and administrative tasks.

    • Greet and assist clients in-person, over the phone, and via email with professionalism and warmth.

    • Make, modify, and confirm boarding and daycare reservations using our client management software.

    • Guide clients through the intake and onboarding process, ensuring all forms and vaccinations are complete.

    • Accurately enter and update client and pet information in our database.

    • Handle daily administrative tasks, including invoicing and payments.

    • Assist with accounts receivable tracking and follow-up.

    • Collaborate with kennel staff to communicate camper needs, updates, and any special care instructions.

    • Provide exceptional customer service and build trust with every client interaction.

    • Previous experience in data entry and accounts receivable required

    • Strong communication and organizational skills

    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

    • Friendly, team-oriented, and professional demeanor

    • Must be comfortable working with dogs of all breeds and sizes

    • Availability on weekends and holidays

    • Experience in a veterinary, pet care, or customer service setting is a plus

Campground Kennels seeking a dependable, hardworking Part-Time Kennel Technician to join our team! This position plays a vital role in the care and well-being of the dogs in our facility.

    • Care for and monitor dogs in boarding and daycare

    • Clean and sanitize kennels, play areas, and common areas

    • Feed and administer water according to each pet’s schedule

    • Handle dogs safely and confidently during feeding, cleaning, and playtime

    • Follow detailed care instructions from pet owners and management

    • Dog handling experience is required

    • Must be comfortable working with dogs of all breeds and sizes

KENNEL ASSISTANT

Campground Kennels is looking for a motivated and reliable Kennel Assistant to help care for the pets in our facility. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves animals and is looking to gain experience in a kennel or animal care setting!

    • Assist with cleaning and sanitizing kennels, play areas, and common spaces

    • Prepare and distribute food and water

    • Support the team with laundry, dishes, and general upkeep

    • Help monitor pets and report any concerns to senior staff

    • Provide comfort and care to dogs under supervision

    • No prior dog handling experience required – we will train the right person!

    • Must be dependable, hard-working, and comfortable around animals

    • Ability to work both AM and PM shifts (open availability)

    • Able to work on your feet and lift up to 40 lbs

    • Must have reliable transportation

    • Pawitive attitude and willingness to learn
